I also wanted to answer some questions about my bread. Yes I have a bread machine which is great. Although, I must tell you that since I can't knead more than 2 minutes, I have found an easy way to make bread with the machine, it kneads for me and it does also does the first rise. When the dough is ready, I take it out of the machine and cut it in half, place it in greased pans to let rise for another hour. Then bake. It is that simple so if you want the look of a handmade bread, and you have stored your bread machine to collect dust, take it back out and try a loaf I think it tastes better too!
