Today, I am sharing a card I finished a few days ago and thought you might enjoy the simple way I put this one together so here it is:
I have grown fond of this Impression Obsession pail die cut. I had to use it again. This photo is taken inside. The rest are outside in the full blown sun rays. I think I will continue to take my photos inside as it's not distorting the colors, by that I mean, bleaching the colors so, my testing is done for today. This photo has the most realistic colors.
You will recognize the Spellbinders Labels Twenty die cut shape for my easel card. A rounded edge on an easel card is wobbly, but cutting a flat bottom against the label will help make it stable.
The pail was colored with sponge daubers from outside edge toward the middle to leave light in the center of the pail. The Chrysanthemum strip (Cheery Lynn Designs B311) The bee is also CLD Tiny Things with Wings B266
We can't see it on the photos but the chrysanthemum centers have some yellow Flowersoft mimicking pollen.
Thank you for all the fun comments of the passed 2 weeks. I enjoyed all of them. Have a fantastic day!
