Hi Friends!

Monday slipping into a new month!  December! hee hee so much is happening during this month I have my hubby's Birthday on the 15th, my Dad's on the 13th, Christmas Holidays when we go for a few days to relax.  I bet you all have great plans and some of you who are going where it is warmer.  Some of you are just staying cozy in the comfort of your home, that has to be my favorite.  No delays, no cancellations, no surprises LOL well good surprises are ok including some great company knocking on our doors.

So I hope most of you have started some of the preparations if you are hosting any gatherings.  I also hope unlike me that all of your Christmas and New Years, Hannukah cards are ready to send or have been sent.  Mine I am just starting them.  Since I can't sit here long I can carry my needle and thread to the patio where it is sunny and start my cards at last.  I am here reading your emails and taking your cards ladies.  I am just not chatty as I have promised (cross my heart promise) to stay away from here and only come for 10 minutes at a time.  So I am doing that.  Yes I am :(

Better to get better this way I can come back and be my silly self again and brag about all of your work how's that?

Thank you so so much for all the feel better soon comments that were left on here in the passed few days it warms my heart up to feel a little bit missed.  But only temporarily folks I'll be back in a few days.

I have to follow doctors orders to take a few days off.  I will post some cards soon but the meds are making me see three lines at once LOL that is not productive if you ask me.  So I will be back with more cards as soon as start seeing what's real again LOL

As a simple reminder I mentionned a couples of blogs ago that I would stop commenting on all the cards unless there is something to share for techniques or Birthdays etc... So now I am passing on the task to you all to comment on what you see every day.  I know you are all so supportive of one another's magnificent work so I am looking forward to seeing your comments on all the cards.  Thanks

IMPORTANT NOTE: I have received a few emails in the passed few days asking me about my Caffeinelady photobucket (newest one) I had to move to another bucket simply because it was getting too full as I have sopped counting all of them after 3,500+ sheets and backgrounds.  Therefore, when you want to go see the newest sheets I have made in the passed month and a half, you need to open a photobucket page and enter my username CAFFEINELADY and use the same password as the older photobucket.  Remember that the photobucket sign in page is case sensitive.  All of my information is written in small letters.  

So from now on if you are using both of my photobuckets the two usenames to use are craftynikky or caffeinelady and add the password as usual.  I hope that will clear up the mystery for all of you.  Thanks for asking though. :)

Hi friends

Here we are a new week is beginning and my day off was short but fun!  We did so much driving around in our new town to acquaint with all the craft stores in the area hee hee.  Well, we did a lot of driving as we are still having hot days around here.  No pun intended on the areas that received snow in the passed few days.  Rain is coming in a few days and it is needed.  So I will try and make more cards soon.  I am so late with Christmas cards this year it is not funny.  That will teach me, moving in November LOL, not a good time. 

I am trying to get my stitching going but I needed to pierce a lot of them as well as picking the 3D I want to match the stitching with. Ladeedadeedah!  Working on it.

Another week gone buy taking us much closer to Christmas!  I hope you are all having fun picking up Christmas sheets for your card projects this year!  I may come up with a few newer Christmas sheets for you yet so for the last minute card makers there will be some to pick from in the coming weeks.

I think my Christmas collection is wide enough to let you choose what will be needed for every member of your family as well as your closest friends.

WOW Jo Anne H. what a gorgeous collection of cards mostly made with the help of Cuttlebug folders!  How beautiful! Some nestabilities were used as well on some of the gorgeous cards. I like that you use some type of emery file on top of your cuttlebug folders, made with a card stock with white in the middle.  It is awesome looking!  Thank you Jo Anne for your shares! :)

Colleen Thank you for the two cards!  Yes there are two cards on this picture.  There is a twinchies the pink rose is a 2 inches card and then a notecard size puppy with a yellow rose card.  I love them both as it sure shows well the difference there is between the size of the two.  Thank you Colleen :)

Thursday's wonders!

Hi Friends

Time is flying by so quickly.  But, cards are coming in to be shared and that makes me happy!  I am so once again so pleased with all the talent we have on display everyday and today makes no exception to that fact!

Lis I love the use of my sheets on ATC.  You did a really good job at reducing them to that size 2 inches by 3 1/2 inches I beleive ATC cards are if I am not mistaken.  I haven't made any in years so I could be wrong by not much.  Beautifully done once again Lis.  Thanks for sharing. :)

Monday, a new week has begun!

Hi Friends

Another week, bringing us much closer to Thanksgiving here in USA and closer to Christmas for many Countries.  I know some of you are so immersed into card making that you will only surface when you have 20 some cards or more to share hee hee hee.  But I know that some of us have a few to make but it doesn't mean it is less work.  So any ideas you have to share with us for the upcoming seasons with the use of my sheets are very welcome.

I sure hope you all have fun making your cards and preparing the food you will serve for the special get togethers.  I will be happy to share your valuable, precious work on here as usual.

If you are reading this and know you have sent a card before my madness journey started you know that it will be posted first before I add the newest ones so there might still be some Halloween cards in the bunch.

If you haven't gotten a reply confirming reception of your wonderful work, it is because it is faster to add it here so I can start adding the newest cards sooner than later.  Just know that I love them all.

Saturday's beautiful cards!

Hi friends!

It's good to be back and thank you for the kind comments on missing me.  I have missed all of you so because of it I had to prepare some cards for today.  Yesterday's message still applies no cards to be sent before next Monday please.  Thank you.

In the meantime here are the gorgeous cards I had received prior to my leaving on a trip and moving home.  All of them are so beautiful and all of them could give any of us some good ideas for our next projects.

Hi Everyone! Oh what a journey but...

Hi Friends

We are at last, in our new home.  We are still unpacking as it is hard to move from a 4 bedroom home to a 2 bedroom, I am not good at downsizing "I am learning about another thing I am not good at LOL".  But I will make it, as I always do.  Just a matter of time. 

So here I am.  Back on the internet, fighting the last bit of a bad cold, waiting on my new computer desk to be put together and I will be back with all of you.  I am so impressed that none of you sent me emails as I have asked.

I found 1160 emails from my groups because I didn't go "no mail" when I left, my fault.

So I am thinking next week, I will let emails from you, go through.  Not before Monday though, please.  I am clearing up the group mail first and will be able to receive your gorgeous cards.  Please start with 2 cards maximum each which will count for October and November if you haven't had a chance to send me your October card.

So to avoid card overload please not more than 2 cards per person to be sent for the first week and then I am safely assuming that I will be back to what I call "normal" the following week. 

I have a few cards left from before I left on our trip to post so I need a chance to get those in as a priority first and then I will get your new cards in.

Thank you for your patience and obedience hee hee you are the best. 

I want to also thank you for informing new members in the forums that I was absent and to be patient for my return.  I will also reply to them starting next week.  So if you wish pass along my blog link so they can read this message to save you from typing this to them.
