Procedure day for me once again. I am also preparing for a trip so I am hoping flying for 12 hours will be a whole lot easier on my poor back. It has to be LOL in fact I am counting on it hee hee. I am positive that this pain will NOT get the best of me, no way! I'll show it who's the boss hee hee
