Hi Friends
Here I am again, I thought I should take a break between photo choosing and post a few of the cards you have sent me in the passed week. I will try my very best to add the photos to the albums this weekend. Wish me luck there are quite a few.
Here are a few beautiful cards for your visual treat!
Let me start with Grace L.'s card, another great stitched card for us to view and get inspired by. Thank you Grace.
I made this card by scanning the Christa pattern and then printing the image onto two sheets of card, one cream and one green. It seemed a way to get a coloured mat which could then be easily cut along the pattern lines. I embroidered it with variegated yarn from a card by Chrissie of Joy Crafts. The flowers are by our good friend Fred (FSS), slightly shaped, set on foam pads and decorated with a variety of gems.
Here are DoryTracy's cards to be up to date. I love both of them DoryTracy thank you!
Dorytracy 01 :- I used one of Nicole's green vintage ladies and put it on an A6 card covered in green angelhair paper. I then attached layered white and green silk flowers with a yellow brad. Then using foam pads attached a tag with a ribbon and happy birthday stickers on it. To finish it of I put green gems on the corners of the tag and the ribbon.
Dorytracy02:- I Used an A6 card in white and covered half of it with pink scrapbooking paper and scalloped the edges with my embossing board. Then used a vintage picture off the net and put a frame around it. Threaded a tag with ribbon and attatched it with foam pads. Placed a happy birthday sticker on the tag and put a purple gem in each corner, Put a silver star gem on the ribbon. To finish it off I place three confetti butterflies in pink, silver and pale green in the top left corner.
