Here are more cards to share, enjoy!
Shellie sent us her beautiful lattice card with description:
This is a card I made for My wonderful OH's step-mum for Mothers day. I love the lattice effect, but not having any fancy cutting machine or punch, I had to weave my own! A lot of work, but the end result is just how I wanted it. I cut the leaves from some paper which looks like grass, and used some lady-bird stickers and silk flowers too. Barbara (step-mum) loves her garden, so this is an appropriate theme.
Grace L. shared her beautiful quilled card with us
I made this card by punching out the squares ,I put the diamonds on the
card and added the quilled flowers. I added this to a white card.
Janet R. sent us her 2 cards for January and March here is her description:
As with all my cards, I pick the image and then choose a stitching
pattern that matches the 3d. Resize them in my digital editor, print,
prick the holes and choose the threads to match the colors in the 3d.
Then use 2 way tape to attach the stitched part of the card to similar
color cardstock, then add different embellishments, such as sticky
stones, peel offs, beads etc. "Well done Janet, thank you"
Thank you for visiting, commenting and sharing! We are in Japan right now, so I will send another blog with cards as soon as I can. We are only gone for a week. So I might have some beautiful pictures to share when I get back. Will call it Japan in albums. There is another blog this week so come and look for more beautiful cards. If you have sent a card and have not seen it yet. Look for the next blog it will be in there unless I didn't receive it. If you don't see your card please re-send. Things like that happens so I want to make sure your card doesn't go without being noticed. All of your cards are important to me.
Nicole :)
