Hi friends
I must tell you that I am so thrilled with all the beautiful cards I have received, the ones that I posted and the ones to be posted soon. The quality of cardmaking has improved so much in the passed year alone. I was looking at all of them because I saved them all. The talent you all have is so encouraging because it makes us grow in our art. Your work continue to inspire all.
Speaking of cards, here are a few more eye candy and again such lovely shares
Sue (Jacksmum) shares this lovely card with us and here is her description:
Here's my May card - it's made using curling ribbon, one of your sheets and a Sizzix folder bought from "Stampin Up" and used in my cuttlebug.
Next lovely share is from Cariad Anne. Thank you for this gorgeous monochromatic card, another beautiful share and here is the dresctiption:
The attached card was made for a wedding we are attending end of June. I wanted an "elegant" appearance, but also monocromatic colour. Basically the card is composed of cream cardstock and gold ribbon.
The background paper was created using a Provo Provo craft embossing folder on the top 2/3 of the card and the bottom half embossed using the swiss dot folder. The gold ribbon was placed between the two embossing styles.
The large medallion is created by layering two of the large Fleur De Lis die cut medallion (Spellbinders Shapeabilities) and one layer of the smaller Fleur De Lis die. I placed gold ribbon behind the smaller die cut. Each layer is attached with Pop Dots for a 3 dimentional look.
A second gold ribbon was taped on the lower part of the card. The "Congratulations" sentiment and heart embellishment were placed on a small scalloped oval die from Nestabilities.
An easy card to construct if you want a formal design.
Here is another beautifully made card to share. This one is from Ailsa (Tapping nanna), another beautiful creation. Thanks
It is a Chris Bosmans stitching pattern with one of your beautiful 3ds. I have made this recently for a cast member who does all of our set building and also works the lights on our performances.
Dos shared this beautiful stitched card and description. Thank you it is very lovely
Hubby was saving the day once again. He managed to upload the photos hee hee. It was so easy I had to laugh about my not being able to see how on my own. I blamed it on jet lag hee hee. Soon I will add a photo album called Hawaii. I will let you know when I add the album.
Thank you, have a wonderful day!
Nicole :)
