Hi Friends
Thank you for all the comments. I was enjoying reading all of them. It is sad to know that some people don't have a clue as to know that making cards from scratch is perhaps more expensive than buying one at the store. But these things happen.
Today I have this card to share with a how to description:
This card was fun to make. I used a Cuttlebug embossing folder for the background in white. Used two ribbons one satin white wide than the fancy pink gingham ribbon added on top of the satin one. For the center piece I used two different Spellbinders (one was the square shape and the other was called Eyelet squares) After embossing my white square in the cuttlebug machine and before I removed the die away from it I used a sponge dabber with some pink and rubbed in circular motion around the frame to add color which also leaves the white frame on the outside edge. Then I adhered the cake image that was colored with colored pencils with OMS technique. Added the eyelet frame for the last matting and added it to the card.
I am not sure if I have posted this quickie sheet yet so bare with me on this one. I am preparing a few more sheets to post soon. The images are much harder to find. But I am still working on finding more. Since Valentine's Day is near here is a sheet of hearts you may enjoy using, the colors are stunning.
I hope you are enjoying your day! I am cleaning up a few things to start the new year organized again.
Thanks for all the comments you are leaving. Thank you for your loyal visits, come back soon for more quickie sheets.
