Hi Friends
I have not finished with the photos of the outside decorations since we had a storm and had to remove some decorations therefore making it longer for us to put them all back out there like it was before. So much work, but, now it is much colder out there to do, YIKES. So Hubby volunteered to do it for me, isn't he sweet? He is on vacation this week. We always takes time for our Birthdays and his, is on the 15th. So I am lucky to have him around for 10 days. All of this to tell you that I will add more photos to the existing ones, the post before this one, so you can see the rest of them at your leisure, probably tomorrow.
The card for today is:
Anniversary card. Fun and easy to make
The backing paper comes with embossing swirls with leaves and somewhat of a linen texture. Paper found in the fancier for wedding sections in your store.
Recipe
As per described up above in the second photo I used this cardstock on top of white base card. I used some peel offs, for a line and for a corner and a little swirl under the Sentiment. I used a Sentiment stamp from my stash Happy Anniversary and a frame stamp to match the tag, which I used the embossing ink and some embossing powder (gold) used the heat gun to set it. A Spellbinder Fancy tag and also embossed it. I also used one of my heart punches to punch out 2 hearts and inked up the edges of both. One heart was embossed with the Swiss Dots embossing folder. I adhered in place all of the elements, embellishments described above into place and the card was done. Simple and elegant without too much fussing and you can mail it too!
Happy Creative day!
