Hi friends,
It is nice to be able to have a few minutes to add another card for you to view
Here you can see a bird in the paper design above
Recipe
This was another fun and easy card to make.
My card base was in White Whisper SU and the specialty paper was from my stash, don't have a name but I remember getting it in the Wedding Specialty paper a the store. It had pretty embossed designs on the paper and was calling my name. lol
I used a peel off corner and used my Spellbinder tag with a matching stamp frame and a Birthday sentiment in there. Also if you look closely I added some white peel off border. The flowers were a delight to make.
I cut out 4 flowers in white with their bits, leaves and fern and positionned them as per seen on the card. Cupped and shaped all flowers and stamin and leaves before adhering to a final position. I have to keep in mind to keep my card as flat as possible so I could not add thickness to my flowers so I had to say it was enough.
For a simple card, simply think of using a classic paper that will enhance your card, there is no need for extravagant embellishment all the time. The hard part is to say, leave well enough alone. That is what I always have to remind myself of. If I make another card like this one, I would add a simple bow in the same hues, for a gentle and elegant look
