Hi Friends,
Here is another card I have made with some Memory Box die cuts these are "Vintage Bottles" and the "Dancing Tulips".
The next cards coming up are about Christmas. 2 new wreaths I made this week and one should be for class in October but has not been confirmed yet. So come back soon to see my newly made cards... "Saturday the first wreath card will be posted".
Here is the Birthday card for today:
This card and coordinating envelope was fun to make
Along with the two Memory Box die cut mentioned above, I also used the borderabilities Spellbinders S5-182 a lovely set of 7 borders I really love this set, all of the borders in the set are really stunning. It is one that is used specifically for A2 size cards. Either standing or laying on its side with markers indicating the width needed.
The paper I used for the Vintage bottles was from some older paper I had gotten from a Stamp show in Sacramento, California years ago lol. I still love to use this paper, it has some embossed lines and a hint of glossiness as well.
The Birthday stamp was from Stamp TV, one of their Sentiment sets
I embossed the side of the envelope after lining up the envelope with coordinating green card stock. This is what I decided to use my skinny EF that comes with the larger one now. It is perfect and yes I embossed the double thickness of the envelope.
I hope you enjoyed this card and the making of it.
Sue I hope you enjoyed your card
