Hi Friends,
First order of business.....HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I hope all is well with all of you. If you have a garden, any size, you know it is always keeping you watching it grow and give you magnificent blooms. Well, our garden is now giving us the loveliest roses, what is amazing is to see the amount of blooms! It is gorgeous! Roses can require a lot of maintenance but once iit starts showing the best of it, I can really get lost in the looking at them for a good while. Favorite moments, is having a hot coffee sitting on my favorite chair, admiring the hard work paying off.
I made this card with the watercan being the main focal image. I decided to add the image of a different card format which made it stand out to me. So I hope you enjoy it.
This is the watercan card. The Watercan, flowerbacking greenery are of Memory Box dies. Impression Obsession DIE140-D for the small flowers as well as the Hollyhocks. The butterfly is of Cheery Lynn Designs collection. I used some Liquid pearl for the flowers and some Diamond glitter. I have used the Rusty Hinge by Tim Holtz ink pad to age and distress the water can and some black soot for the black spots.
I hope it is inspiring for your next project!
Thanks for stopping by to view my blog. All the comments are always appreciated as well as the many emails with questions when you have them.

Now I wanted to share more of my garden with you.
Some of my irises, I have some of other colors as I was sure I had taken photos of but I did not.
One of the many lizards coming out when I water my garden. They love to be around as they know when I'm in the garden, chances are the Road runners won't come and snatch them away for lunch. We respect each others distances and we're all happy.
Red rose bush, I had to cut it down and it came back to life a lot stronger than last year. My day lilies already bloomed once and I can see more on the way so that will look pretty in about a week's time.
This has to be my favorite rose bush in my front and back garden. This year, not only it has already bloomed in beauty it was blooming in abundance and then some. The blooms were much bigger as well. So this is what I really love after working hard keeping everything green and healthy. What a great reward, getting up every day not only happy, but to see what's new around me that decided to bloom overnight.
My honeysuckle patch is now blooming so each time we open the back door leading to the garden, we get this aroma that is better than any smell in a can we can buy at the store. It sure puts all of them sprays to shame FAKE FAKE FAKE LOL. We get the real deal here. I wish I could send you a scratch and sniff photo of my Honeysuckle so you would agree with me on the extraordinary aroma it gives us. Awwwww Spring time....
Have yet seen my frogs, but the nights are still a little cool, they are not fond about getting too cold. But I will soon find them in one of the ponds for sure.
On this positive note I better get my chores done so I can once again appreciate the beauty that is offered to me each and every day.
So once again, HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY TO ALL OF YOU MOTHERS even in England, I know yours is passed, but here's to you too!
Have a fun day, go make memories!
